by the look of all the great photos and videos on the junior Facebook page, all teams had a great times at their respective age groups festivals last Sunday. At the club, the U6s and U12s enjoyed a good training session and the U14s put in a great performance to beat Seaford 51-0. Well done all.
Ove the past three Mondays, 11 members of the Club have successfully completed their First Aid Training course. Congratulations to all of them and thank you on behalf of the Club for giving up the time to complete the course. As we get organised with our First Aiders, they will gradually make themselves known to you. As a group, we would also urge any parent who has not looked at the RFU Concussion Online course, to log onto the RFU page and take 15 minutes to go through this.
This Sunday, we have home fixtures for both the U12s and U14s. Coaches have been in touch with parents looking for help in getting post match food organised and ensuring all tidying up is done afterwards. We have some age groups away at Festivals but the Club will still be quite busy. To help with car parking congestion, can we ask you to consider walking if you live locally or parking on one of the roads at the side or back of the club, e.g Malthouse/Gatehouse Lane and cutting through the small nature reserve, or round the back by the industrial estate and walking through.
Finally, for those who would like to get more involved with the social side of the Club, there is a quiz night on Friday 9th November from 7.30. Check out the Club Website or FB pages for more details.
