The club is very saddened to hear about our former 1st XV player, Stuart Holt, who passed away peacefully at St Peter & St James Hospice this morning after a tough battle with cancer. Stuart was a formidable full-back, with great running strength and tackling prowess. His sense of humour and storytelling was the stuff of legends. As with many former players, Stuart drifted away from the club in more recent times, but those who played with him in the 90's and early 00's were treated to some hugely entertaining times. A true Sussex All Black. Rest in Peace Ears!
