Week 3 of Sussex Counties 2 sees the 1st XV host Crawley RFC.
KO has been brought slightly forward to 2:30pm due to the town's annual Bonfire procession. Look out for our mini and junior section in the parade!
Today will be busy down the club with both the 1s and 2s in action. Seeing c40 players don the black shirt will be a delight to see. If it wasn't for festivals, holidays, illness and injury this number would have been closer to 60!
Crawley have been going through a fair bit of change post pandemic and their 1st XV is full of youthful power and pace.
We took 2 wins from them last term in two very open games where either side could have won.
The men in black go into today off the back of a good win last week away Vs Uckfield. Crawley had a rest week after narrowly losing to Seaford in week 1.
Here is to everyone who dons the black shirt today. Go well my All Black brethren!
Come grab a pint and cheer on your men in black.
