Why do We Train???
In my early playing days I was NOT a good defender… I was told if you want to keep your position in the team you need to improve your defensive qualities…
I had a decision to make…. Do I continue on the same path & hope everything would be ok….
Or… Do I train harder & put the extra work in…
• Gym / Fitness Sessions
• Tackle Techniques every session
Sticking to this regime I built a confidence around an area where I had little beforehand for the rest of my career.
A strong Work Ethic & Mindset in whatever field your in, whether sport, business I believe can be a catalyst to driving success in what you do…
