The following terms and conditions apply to the venue hire of Burgess Hill Rugby Football Club. The cost to book the venue is £100 (Free to members) hire and £100 deposit. The deposit will be returned if bar receipts exceed £1,200 and no damage is caused.

The hire of the venue is free of charge subject to bar takings:
Over £1,200 = Free
Under £1,200 = £50 fee.
If you require the bar facilities the charge is £80 for staff.
Catering can be arranged by speaking with the Bar Manager.
Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after the date of the event.

You may put pictures/banners on the walls but use Blue/White Tack only. If in doubt please speak with the Bar Manager on the night.
